Returns & Refunds Policy
Scope of application
This returns and refunds policy applies to all our orders worldwide, regardless of the destination country.
In any case, we will always respect the minimum consumer rights established by the legislation of your country. If local law grants you a greater right or a longer return period than the one stated here, local law will prevail.
Returns
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged or incorrect item, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer. In the case of defective, damaged or incorrect products, we will cover the cost of the return shipping.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (where applicable) and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
Custom or personalised products
Personal care items (such as beauty and hygiene products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
We also cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted and the refund processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period (European Union)
In addition to the above, if the goods are shipped to a European Union country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within up to 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
